Mental Vacation


 Due to some changes in my schedule and a few extra servings on the plate I call life, I have chosen to  make a few changes. Starting with cutting my Cookbook entries down to once a week(every Tuesday) but to also take the next week to gather myself mentally. I'm going to come up with the most effective way to balance everything without lacking quality and care in any aspect of my life.

So I officially declare this a Mental Vacation.
